- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried tarragon
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 olive oil; as needed
Directions

1Marinate chicken in half the wine for 4-48 hours.

2Pat dry.

3Toss with enough oil to cover.

4Season with dried spices.

5Place in a casserole dish.

6Pour wine around chicken.

7Wine should not reach beyond half the height of the chicken thighs.

8Cover.

9Bake at 300 for approximately 45-50 minutes.

10Uncover and continue cooking until thermometer reaches 165, approximately 10-15 minutes more.
