  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. dry tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • grapes

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Wash chicken and pat dry.

    Place in shallow baking pan.

    Sprinkle onions around and under chicken. Pour oil and wine over chicken.

    Sprinkle with tarragon and black pepper.

    Cover pan tightly with foil.

    Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil.

    Turn oven up to 375°.

    Place grapes around chicken. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
