- 3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. dry tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Wash chicken and pat dry.

3Place in shallow baking pan.

4Sprinkle onions around and under chicken. Pour oil and wine over chicken.

5Sprinkle with tarragon and black pepper.

6Cover pan tightly with foil.

7Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil.

8Turn oven up to 375°.

9Place grapes around chicken. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
