- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 tsp. dry vermouth
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of white pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat; add cornstarch, stirring until smooth.

2Cook one minute.

3Remove from heat and gradually stir in half and half until smooth.

4Return to heat; stir constantly and bring to a boil.

5Cook one minute.

6Stir in remaining ingredients.

7Serve sauce over pork chops.
