Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can pie filling (22 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients together except pie filling and Cool Whip.

3Divide dough into 4 parts.

4From each part divide into 12 walnut size pieces.

5With fingers, gently press dough to form the shape of a cup.

6After finishing all 4 dozen, fill each tart with a tablespoon of pie filling.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

8Remove tarts from the pan immediately.

9Cool on rack. Top with dollop of Cool Whip.

10Tarts may be frozen after baking. Defrost for 1 hour before serving.
