Ingredients
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plain or self-raising flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1pre-heat oven, gas mark 5

2mix together the sugar and margarine until soft

3add the flour and mix all together

4add the beaten eggs a bit at a time

5you can add chocolate chips, fudge pieces etc to make it tastier now or just wait to decorate.

6if you do add anything, mix it well
-
7scoop a teaspoon of mixture into cupcake case.

8top up if there is a bit left over and it wont over flow the case

9bake for 20-25 min.

10ovens vary

11to check if done, poke one cupcake on top.

12if it squishies back in and is gooey, leave in for another 5 min.

13if springs back, they are ready
-
14leave to cool for 5-10 min then decorate as you wish

15eat and enjoy
