  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 large pkg. chipped beef
  • 7 good-sized green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Let cream cheese soften while chopping up chipped beef and green onions.

    (You may use a blender.)

    Set aside some chipped beef to roll the cheese ball in.

    Mix all the ingredients by hand and roll into a ball.

    Refrigerate overnight.
