  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 mixed filling

    mix flour, water and salt until paper thin

    let mix rest for 45mins

    make sure filling is made before.

    I mixed in peas, thinly sliced bell peppers, thinly sliced onions and carrots.

    all cooked and fried with soy sauce and 1/3 stock cube.

    make sure it tastes good!

    as if making a thin pancake add a layer of batter to the pan wait until the sides begin to curl

    remove and continue with the rest of wrappers

    fill your wrappers with filling and fold your spring rolls see pic

    fry them untill golden and crispy
