- 1 c. syrup
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 12 pecan halves
Directions

1Roll out pie crust.

2Cut into 5-inch circles to fit muffin pans.

3Flute edges.

4Combine and beat the remaining ingredients except nuts.

5Fill tart shells 3/4 full.

6Bake for 5 minutes at 450°.

7Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 15 minutes.

8Place nut halves on top of tart.

9Bake for 1 to 5 minutes longer or until set.
