Tater Dipped Chicken

  • 1 cut up frying chicken
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. Pillsbury Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Dip chicken in mixture of egg and water. Season to taste. Roll in potato flakes.

    Place chicken in melted butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

    Turn once after 30 minutes.
