- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. Pillsbury Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Dip chicken in mixture of egg and water. Season to taste. Roll in potato flakes.

2Place chicken in melted butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

3Turn once after 30 minutes.
