  • 4 large Idaho potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle bacon bits
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Slice potatoes thin; place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Bake for 20 minutes at 400° in preheated oven. Serve hot!
