- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 3 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon cream
- dark chocolate
- coconut shavings, substitute with slivered almonds or peanuts
Directions

1Grind oats in mixer. Set aside.

2Mix butter and sugar for about 5 minutes in mixer.

3Add vanilla, sugar, and cocoa. Mix.

4Add half of the oats. Mix.

5Add the cream and the remaining oats and mix well until a paste is formed.

6Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

7Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan.

8Form small balls with the dough, dip them in the melted chocolate, and roll them in coconut shavings or slivered almonds or peanuts.
