  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • dark chocolate
  • coconut shavings, substitute with slivered almonds or peanuts

    Grind oats in mixer. Set aside.

    Mix butter and sugar for about 5 minutes in mixer.

    Add vanilla, sugar, and cocoa. Mix.

    Add half of the oats. Mix.

    Add the cream and the remaining oats and mix well until a paste is formed.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan.

    Form small balls with the dough, dip them in the melted chocolate, and roll them in coconut shavings or slivered almonds or peanuts.
