- 1 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut butter into flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

2Mix egg into water.

3Pour all at once into flour mixture and mix.

4Knead on floured surface as you would for regular biscuits.

5Press or roll to 1/2-inch thick and cut in 2-inch size.

6Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes.
