- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.

2Add baking soda dissolved in vinegar and salt.

3Add flour, a little at a time, to make a stiff batter.

4Roll thin and cut.

5Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°.
