  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.

    Add baking soda dissolved in vinegar and salt.

    Add flour, a little at a time, to make a stiff batter.

    Roll thin and cut.

    Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°.
