- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream sugar and shortening together.

2Add vanilla.

3Add flour and eggs.

4(I mix in eggs with mixer and flour by hand.)

5Knead dough.

6Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter or something smaller. (Use lots of flour on counter, hands, rolling pin and dough itself.)

7Bake at 350° to 400° for 10 minutes.
