- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla

1Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.

4Mixture will be very thick.

5Flour wax paper and roll out dough to desired thickness.

6Cut out.

7Place on greased cookie sheet at 325° for approximately 8 minutes or until desired brownness.
