  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Gradually add flour.

    Mixture will be very thick.

    Flour wax paper and roll out dough to desired thickness.

    Cut out.

    Place on greased cookie sheet at 325° for approximately 8 minutes or until desired brownness.
