- 2 sticks softened margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. self-rising flour (sift 2 cups)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add 1 egg and 2 cups flour.

3Be sure to mix all ingredients thoroughly.

4Add the other egg, remaining flour and vanilla.

5Mix well.

6Dough will be very stiff. Roll into balls (about 1 teaspoon dough each) and place on greased cookie sheet two inches apart.

7Bake 10 to 14 minutes in 350° oven.
