  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 c. Crisco, do not melt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour (self-rising)

Directions

    Mix sugars and melted oleo; put in eggs, soda, vanilla and flour.

    Then cream in Crisco.

    You may need to add a little more flour.

    Roll in small balls and place between wax paper; press with bottom of a glass.

    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350° until light brown.
