- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.

2Cut margarine into flour mixture.

3Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.

4Add to flour mixture.

5Put dough in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

6Roll out 1/8 inch thick.

7Cut into desired shapes. Bake on greased cookie sheet 6 to 7 minutes at 325°.
