  • 1 c. butter or Crisco (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix butter or Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla well. Add flour using a teaspoon made into ball. Place on greased pan; flatten out and bake at 325° until brown around edges.
