Ingredients

  • 2 cups (475 ml) self-rising flour
  • 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) margarine

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Dough needs to be cold, or use butter out of the tub, instead of melted butter.

    Roll in tsp size balls.

    Put on cookie sheet and mash down.

    Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 10 minutes or until they are slightly brown on bottom.
