  • 10 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 2 medium bottles Jack Daniel BBQ Sauce
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Ground Coriander

    Remove bone from pork shoulder

    Cook pork shoulder with 1 cup of water in large crockpot on high for 2-4 hours

    Remove excess fat from meat

    Cut onions into strips

    Add water, onions, BBQ sauce and coriander to meat

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours

    Add water as needed to prevent meat from drying out
