- 1 cup water
- 1 Ground Coriander
Directions

1Remove bone from pork shoulder

2Cook pork shoulder with 1 cup of water in large crockpot on high for 2-4 hours

3Remove excess fat from meat

4Cut onions into strips

5Add water, onions, BBQ sauce and coriander to meat

6Cook on low for 6-8 hours

7Add water as needed to prevent meat from drying out
