Tea-Glazed Butternut Squash

  • 1 cup water
  • 4 lipton white tea with island mango & peach flavors pyramid tea bag
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter! spread
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pounds butternut squash peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 cups)

    Preheat oven to 400°. Spray 13 X 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    Bring water to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat. Add Lipton(R) White Tea with Island Mango & Peach Flavors Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in brown sugar, Spread and salt.

    Arrange squash in prepared baking dish. Evenly pour in tea mixture; toss to coat. Roast, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until squash is tender and golden.
