Ingredients

  • 1 side of salmon with or without skin; deboned
  • 10 packets of ginger-lemon tea
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel or lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon zest for garnish

Directions

    Rub salmon with olive oil.

    Cover heavily with tea.

    Marinate for 24 hours

    Wash tea off of salmon.

    Season.

    Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
