- 1 side of salmon with or without skin; deboned
- 10 packets of ginger-lemon tea
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon peel or lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 lemon zest for garnish
Directions

1Rub salmon with olive oil.

2Cover heavily with tea.

3Marinate for 24 hours

4Wash tea off of salmon.

5Season.

6Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
