  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1 slightly beaten egg

    Shape each into a ball. Flatten into a 6 inch circle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut each circle
