- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced (medium)
- 1 or 2 squash
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
- oregano
- parsley
- garlic
- basil
Directions

1Put oil in pot and fry.

2Add onion, sliced.

3Fry until half done.

4Get a casserole dish and put 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce and 3 tablespoons grated cheese and bread crumbs in.

5Layer vegetables, sauce, cheese and bread crumbs.

6Add small amount of oregano, parsley, garlic and basil between layers.

7Cover with foil and seal good.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or 1 hour until potatoes are done.
