- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 6 oz. shrimp
- 6 oz. pork, cut into strips
- 6 oz. chicken, cut into strips
- 10 oz. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. diced vegetables (chef's choice)
- 1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
Directions

1Cook the rice the night before and store in the refrigerator. Heat wok until hot.

2Add 1 tablespoon oil and beaten eggs.

3Remove; set aside.

4Heat the rest of the oil and fry onions until transparent.

5Add shrimp and meats.

6Stir until meat is cooked. Add vegetables.

7Add the rice and stir-fry.

8Mix the water, soy sauce and pepper.

9Add to rice.

10Continue stirring.

11Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir-fry.

12Add more soy sauce for color if needed.

13Serves 4 to 6 people.
