- 3 lb. lean stew beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 2 Tbsp. red wine or cooking sherry
Directions

1Trim fat off stew beef.

2Place meat in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over stew beef.

3Cover pan with foil.

4Bake at 250° for 6 hours.
