- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of ground nutmeg
Directions

1Mix corn, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg in 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave until tender on High 3 minutes.

2Stir. Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes longer.
