  • 1 cup flour
  • 13 cup shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 -5 tablespoons water

Directions

    Cut shortning and flour and salt together with a pastry blender.

    Add water gradually until mixture sticks together and forms a ball.

    Roll out on a slightly floured board.

    Use for favorite pie!

    Note: Prick the bottom of the crust if you are blind baking and bake at 400 degrees.
