  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 14 cups milk, room temperature
  • 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

    heat oven to 450*F.

    in small mixer bowl beat eggs at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light yellow.

    add milk, contiune beating for 1 minute to incorporate air.

    by hand stir in remaining ingredients.

    pour batter into greased 6 Celsius popover pan or 6 custard cups.

    bake for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350*F DO NOT open oven door.

    bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

    insert knife in popover to allow steam to escape.
  9. 9
    serve immediately.
