Tender Pork Roast

  • 3 pounds pork roast, boneless
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce can
  • 3/4 cups soy sauce, tamari
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard ground

Directions

    Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker.

    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.

    Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees.

    Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm.

    If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
