- 1 to 2 lb. beef or pork tenderloin strips
- 3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
- chopped chives
- 3/4 lb. bacon
- garlic
- toothpicks
Directions

1Make small cuts in the tenderloin inserting slivers of garlic. Roll in chopped chives.

2Place uncut bacon strips on foil.

3Place ham slices on top of the bacon strips.

4Next place your tenderloin on the ham.

5Roll up the tenderloin in the ham.

6Stick toothpicks into the strips to hold the meat together.

7Wrap in the foil. Place in the oven for 1 hour or 45 minutes on a grill (if using a grill, use indirect heat).

8Let set 10 minutes before serving.
