- 1 beef tenderloin (about 6 lb.), well trimmed
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. orange juice
- Worcestershire sauce (several shakes)
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- juice of lemon
- pinch of sugar
- garlic to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all marinade ingredients together.

2Marinate tenderloin for several hours, turning occasionally.

3Cook on charcoal grill over medium coals (about 6 inches above coals) for 30 to 45 minutes (medium-rare).

4Tenderloin should be mopped with marinade and turned about 3 times.
