  • 1 lb. cubed meat or beef stew meat
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar

Directions

    Put meat in bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle on dry onion soup mix.

    Pour on the soup and wine vinegar.

    Cover and bake at 250° for 3 hours. Do not peek, do not stir.
