- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 green capsicum, roughly chopped
- 1 1/3 cups roast capsicum salsa
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated KRAFT Tasty Cheese
- crusty toast, to serve
Directions

1Heat the oil in a large 26cm frying pan over medium heat.

2Add the onion and capsicum and saute until almost tender.

3Stir in the salsa.

4Crack the eggs evenly spaced apart, into pan, then sprinkle over the cheese.

5Cover pan and cook 5-8 minutes until eggs are cooked to you liking and cheese has melted.

6Serve with crusty toast.
