- 2 lb. lean beef roast, cut into slender strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 large green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
- cornstarch or flour as needed
- 1 to 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Simmer tenderloin tips (in enough water to cover) until done; add mushrooms.

2Thicken broth with cornstarch or flour; color with Kitchen Bouquet.

3Add onion, celery and pepper; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Serve over rice, noodles or baked potatoes.
