- 1/4 c. whiskey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. ketchup (optional)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Trim excess fat to 1/4-inch thick.

2Place brisket in large plastic bag or glass baking dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients in measuring cup; add water to equal 2 cups water and pour over brisket.

4Cover tightly; refrigerate 8 hours.
