- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet.
