  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. shoyu
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 thin slice ginger, crushed
  • 3 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 4 to 5 lb. chicken pieces

Directions

    Stir all ingredients (except chicken) together.

    Soak chicken for several hours or overnight.

    Cook at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Turn once.

    May be cooked outside on grill.
