- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thin slice ginger, crushed
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 4 to 5 lb. chicken pieces
Directions

1Stir all ingredients (except chicken) together.

2Soak chicken for several hours or overnight.

3Cook at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
