  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 13 cup honey or 13 cup molasses or 13 cup maple syrup
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup dried fruit, chopped
