- 3 pinches garlic powder
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3 pinches ginger powder
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic together.

2Add water; mix and add meat to sauce and put in refrigerator.

3Let stand overnight.

4Stir next morning.

5Place on baking sheet and bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until done.

6Turn halfway through cooking.
