Ingredients

  • 1 roast
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 pinches garlic powder
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 3 pinches ginger powder
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic together.

    Add water; mix and add meat to sauce and put in refrigerator.

    Let stand overnight.

    Stir next morning.

    Place on baking sheet and bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes or until done.

    Turn halfway through cooking.
