- 1 pound sirloin tip Beef
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon onion Grated
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Cut sirloin in strips 2 x 1/2 x 1/4-inch pieces.

2Blend ginger, soy sauce, honey, garlic and onion in a bowl.

3Add meat strips and marinate about 1 hour.

4Remove meat, reserving marinade, and brown quickly on all sides in the hot oil in a skillet.

5Blend water into the reserved marinade in a saucepan.

6Bring to a rapid boil and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

7Add meat to thickened marinade to glaze; remove and drain on wire rack.

8Insert a wooden pick into each meat strip and serve with the sauce.
