  • 1 lb. beef tenderloin or flank steak
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.

    Combine sherry, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice in deep bowl.

    Add meat and stir to coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

    Spread meat pieces apart in baking pan. Bake at 475° for 6 to 8 minutes.

    Makes 3 dozen.

    Great served with steamed rice.
