- 2 lb. chicken
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water or wine
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
Directions

1Clean and cut chicken in serving pieces.

2Marinate in evaporated milk 1/2 hour.

3Roll pieces in salt and flour mixture and brown.

4Arrange in Dutch oven and pour sugar, soy sauce, water and m.s.g. mixture over the chicken.

5Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes, basting twice.

6Garnish with chopped green onions.
