- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Marinate vegetables and chunks of meat (beef, chicken or shrimp) for 30 minutes. Place on skewers and grill over medium-hot fire until done, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use remaining sauce for basting toward the end of the cooking time.
