- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 4 tsp. grated peeled ginger root
- 1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Place salmon fillets on rack in broiling pan.

3In cup mix teriyaki sauce, ginger root and sesame oil. Brush mixture over salmon fillets.

4Broil salmon 3 to 5 inches from source of heat, without turning until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes.

5Garnish with parsley sprigs.
