- 1 c. undiluted beef consomme
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned or regular salt
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions with tops (or use onion salt)
- 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
