  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic
  • 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 3 lb. roast of your choice, sliced in thin strips

Directions

    Mix ingredients, except meat strips.

    Place meat strips on skewers and marinate in sauce for 24 to 48 hours (turning every 6 to 8 hours).

    Barbecue until done.
