  • 1 lb. haddock fillets
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • bay leaf
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Saute onions and celery until tender.

    Add tomatoes; sprinkle parsley flakes over top.
