  • 1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 large jar salsa (mild)
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown hamburger.

    Mix with all ingredients, except cheese.

    Put into 9 x 13 casserole.

    Cover with cheese.

    Bake at 375° until cheese is melted.
